Our Commitment

GhostLabs is committed to providing a website that is accessible to all visitors, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Accessibility is not a checklist we complete once. It is an ongoing practice woven into how we design, build, and maintain our digital presence.

Measures We Take

We apply the following practices across our site:

• Semantic HTML: Proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and meaningful markup so assistive technologies can interpret content correctly.
• Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard alone. Focus order follows a logical reading sequence.
• Visible focus indicators: Custom focus styles ensure keyboard users always know where they are on the page.
• Colour contrast: Text and interactive elements meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
• Responsive design: Content reflows for all viewport sizes. Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of information or functionality.
• Skip links: A skip-to-content link allows keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation.
• Alt text and ARIA: Images carry descriptive alt text. Decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology. ARIA attributes provide additional context where native semantics are insufficient.
• Reduced motion: Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query where applicable.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible:

• Older PDF reports generated before 2026 may lack proper tagging and reading order.
• Some third-party embedded content (analytics dashboards, external widgets) may not meet our accessibility standards.
