We run a brand audit first to determine whether you need a full rebuild or targeted corrections. About one in three audits concludes with “your brand is fine, invest elsewhere”. we are not in the business of selling rebrands you do not need.

Technically yes, but we will push back. A visual system without strategic architecture underneath is decoration. you can buy decoration cheaper elsewhere. Where we add value is the strategy that makes visual choices defensible across every audience. If you have already done rigorous strategy work and genuinely need execution only, we will quote a visual-only engagement at standard rates.

Full engagements (strategy through activation plus governance) price in the mid-five-figure to low-six-figure range, with a portion of fee tied to launch metrics. Visual-only or strategy-only scopes price in the high-four-figure to low-five-figure range. The scoping conversation produces a fixed price. no hourly billing, no scope creep without an explicit change order.

Tokens are the core because the brand stakes are highest. you get one launch window. We also work with infrastructure protocols, L2 chains, and NFT projects with token plans. We do not currently take on Web2 brands adding a Web3 layer; the strategic problems are different enough to need a different team.

The brand book and activation playbook are designed to be operated by your team after the build phase. We train them in the first month of governance, then step back to an advisory role. The healthiest engagements end with your in-house team owning the brand completely, calling us only when something breaks.
